Thank you for joining in the Griever's Spring Meditation and Ritual
Please bring the following items to your Meditation. A candle and match, a small bowl of water, a hand towel, an ice cube and a momento or token symbolic of the Grief you wish to address. Ensure you have 40 minutes of uninterrupted private time. Some families have found doing the Meditation together has helped them to process Grief as a shared experience.
